Application of provisional measures on certain aluminium extrusions from China under the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.

The Secretary of State for International Trade is applying provisional anti-dumping measures on certain aluminium extrusions goods originating from China. This will require UK importers to obtain a bank guarantee, bond or cash from 17 August 2022.

This action is taken under paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 4 of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 and follows a recommendation from the Trade Remedies Authority.
