IMPORTANT - Terms and Conditions
The acceptance of your application is dependent upon the decision of the Board. By signing this form and on acceptance by the Board, you are entering into an enforceable contract with the Aluminium Federation, Bragborough Hall Business Centre, Welton Road, Braunston, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 7JG (Company registration no. 00723801) and you are confirming:

  • That you have read and agree to be bound by the Articles of Association of the Federation.
  • That you agree to be bound by any rules or regulations made under the Articles from time to time.
  • That whilst a member and in the event of a winding up or dissolution of the Federation you will pay to the Federation on demand a sum not exceeding £10. The resignation period for ALFED membership is the remainder of the calendar year in which resignation is received, in writing, plus a further 12 months.
  • That you understand that there will be no rebatement of refund of fees for any year or any part of a year falling within the notice period.
  • That you will have the full authority to sign this form on behalf of your company.
