The acceptance of your application is dependent upon the decision of the Board.
By signing this form and on acceptance by the Board, you are entering into an enforceable contract with the Aluminium Federation, Suite 9 Alcora Building, Mucklow Hill, Halesowen, West Midlands B62 8DG (Company registration no. 00723801) and you are confirming:
That you have read and agree to be bound by the Articles of Association of the Federation.
That you agree to be bound by any rules or regulations made under the Articles from time to time.
That whilst a member and in the event of a winding up or dissolution of the Federation you will pay to the Federation on demand a sum not exceeding £10.
That at least 6 months notice in writing must be given to terminate your membership expiring on 31 December and any further subscriptions payable within 6 months after giving such notice.
That you understand that there will be no abatement of refund of fees for any year or any part of a year falling within the notice period.
That you will have the full authority to sign this form on behalf of your company.
