Tom Jones

Tom is an accomplished, commercially astute and highly educated Business Executive with exemplary leadership credentials honed from a progressive and accelerated career trajectory providing strategic, financial, sales and operational direction and leadership to International manufacturing organisations throughout the last 30 years.

Tom is a highly credible and resilient leader of teams and people with a strong belief in values and morals; offering a unique and potent set of skills and experience to ALFED, with solid strategic planning and decision making capabilities and a commitment to the delivery of sustainable financial, operational and efficiency driven objectives.

Nadine Bloxsome

With a primary focus on recruiting new members and supporting existing ones, one area where ALFED is keen to offer more value to partners and members is through sustainability initiatives.

Aluminium is ideally positioned to help UK industry as it moves towards more sustainable supply chains and Nadine’s responsibility lies with outlining ALFED’s Sustainability Strategy and adhering to the 2050 Roadmap, while working to develop programmes which directly impact the future of a circular economy.

Nadine has more than a decade of experience in the aluminium sector and can also be found editing and contributing to Aluminium International Today magazine on a regular basis and hosting discussions at conferences and events.

Jan Lukaszewski

Jan, commencing as an apprentice chain maker, has a distinguished background in metallurgy, through a successful and varied career, in metals forming, heat treatment and processing, failure analysis with extensive practical knowledge of automotive subcomponent manufacturing and finishing. His experience extends, automotive light-weighting and crash structure and in delivering technology into industrial applications, ranging from manufacturing to capital projects.

His extensive networks in business, academia and government are supportive to his role as an advocate for the Aluminium Sector.

Emily Foster

During the completion of a BA (Hons) in International Business, Emily fell in love with the dynamic nature of marketing. Inspired to delve deeper into the subject, Emily continued her studies at De Monfort University and completed an MSc in Strategic and Digital Marketing, achieving a distinction.

Emily is excited to use her passion for social media to take ALFED’s online presence to new heights. You’ll probably see her engaging with members and taking photos at events to enhance the association's online presence in creative and compelling ways.

Sharon McBride

Sharon joined ALFED in November 2022, and comes from a HR background within a manufacturing environment.

Utilising these skills, Sharon is our Office/Administration Manager and is focused on using her keen eye for detail to support the team and ALFED members; overseeing the daily operations of the office and playing a key role in co-ordinating several meetings and events. Her passion for office management comes from personal interaction and organisational excellence.

Jacquey Parker

Jacquey has been managing events with ALFED since 2021, following the merger of the former ASA. Her passion for managing projects and events is something that has evolved over many years, through her experiences in a wide variety of sectors and roles.

Following a live TV circus stunt challenge on a prime time show some years ago Jacquey likens organising an event to being a professional plate-spinner. From concept to completion, it's a juggling act to keep all the elements in perfect balance.

Karen Williams

Attwoods have been working with ALFED since 2007 and directly with Karen since 2008.
