It’s the start of a new era for @froniusuk!🚀 Sophie Allen and Emily Foster were on the road today for the grand opening of Fronius UK’s new Technical Competence Centre on the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham. From live welding demos to cutting-edge innovation in action, the event showcased how Fronius is supporting UK manufacturing. Great to catch up with Jordan Holland from Innoval Technology, and to meet Chris Porter & Rohan Hixon from Air Products, a fantastic show of collaboration across the sector. That’s a wrap for the inaugural #ALFEDMembersDay!🙌 Thank you to our sponsors (Mypower, ARUN Technology Ltd., Avails Energy and RamBase), our speakers and each of the members who joined us in the sunny Northamptonshire countryside today! It’s been a day of insightful presentations, great connections, and friendly competition with garden games such as swing ball, corn hole, and of course the ultimate 3-dart challenge!🎯 The darts crown 👑 went to Amanda Spary of Nissan with a huge winning score of 122, hitting an impressive bullseye and treble 18 which helped total her score! As a winning prize, we were delighted to present Amanda with two bottles of gin courtesy of Penrhos Spirits!🍸 We’d also like to give a special mention to BOAL Extrusion UK’s Managing Director Emma Swann who came in at second place with an impressive score of 88, so congratulations to Emma, too!🎉 Finally a huge thank you to Laff’s Pizza who arrived in full force to supply us with a delicious lunch!🍕 Overall, it’s been such an enjoyable day with plenty to build on to keep delivering value to ALFED members! #ALFEDMembersDay #Networking #UKAluminium
