Their AI control systems learn the nuances of the process being controlled and adapt to changes over time to maintain optimal process efficiency. Recent deployments on a thermal process have achieved 10% reductions in energy consumption with 40% improvements in process variable accuracy. The AI allows better control of the temperature profile, reducing the tuning time of the process and increasing overall throughput and efficiency.
