We are very pleased to welcome Pre-Treatment Solutions into membership of the Aluminium Federation. PTS Group who have been trading since 2008 are a family run company. They have since developed and are operating from an office/warehouse facility in Barwell, utilising knowledge & experience gained over many years, offering technical support not only in pre treatment but the whole powder coating application process.
PTS Group offer the powder coating sector a Non Chrome & Phosphate free pre treatment for aluminium architectural applications not only offering quality approved solutions but also offering the unique all in one washing system called Autowash.
Recently PTS Group have worked with a client using an Autowash system with the correct approved solutions through the procedure to obtaining their Qualicoat applicators License in March of this year.
To support this work PTS Group during 2020 have installed a laboratory to offer performance testing on treated aluminium parts to check for compliance to quality systems.
