The Aluminium Federation (ALFED) is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 ALFED Awards, recognising outstanding contributions to the UK aluminium industry across four prestigious categories.

Winners will be honoured during the ALFED Annual Dinner on Thursday 13th November 2025, a flagship event in the aluminium sector’s calendar, bringing together hundreds of industry professionals for an evening of celebration, networking, and recognition.
Following the remarkable success of the 2024 awards – including last year’s Apprentice of the Year Award winner, Seth Imray of Mechatherm International Ltd – this year’s programme reflects ALFED’s commitment to spotlighting excellence, innovation, and leadership at every level of the sector.
Award Categories – 2025:
- Diversity & Inclusion Champion (Company Award)
Recognising organisations that are actively fostering inclusive, equitable and welcoming workplaces. - Community Engagement Award (Company Award)
Celebrating businesses making a tangible difference in their local communities through outreach, partnerships, or charitable initiatives. - Rising Star Apprentice Award (Individual Award)
Honouring an apprentice who has shown exceptional promise, growth, and dedication to the aluminium industry. - Lifetime Achievement Award (Individual Award)
Recognising an individual whose career has had a significant and lasting impact on the aluminium sector.
