The 2023 application window for new duty suspensions is now open. The deadline for applications is 11.59 pm on Sunday 6 August 2023.The window will be open for a 2 month period and will provide an opportunity to apply for a temporary reduction to tariffs, including on inputs into production.

Suspensions will usually be implemented for a 2 year period.

This year, the application window will be run online to improve user experience.
