Powdertech Surface Science will be exhibiting its INTRICOAT service for high-value machined components at Manufacturing Solutions 2025, at Yamazaki Mazak UK, Worcester on 26 February

Manufacturing Solutions 2025 is an event from UK machinists’ trade associations GTMA – Manufacturing Resource Centre and The British Turned Parts Manufacturers Association.

Marketing and Sales Manager Jimmy Phillips, who will be representing Powdertech at the event, said:

“We meet several machinists at events who are looking for a partner who will take the masking and coating of components as seriously as they take the design and machining of them.

“That’s why we developed INTRICOAT, to deliver the quality needed by machinists and their customers.”

What makes INTRICOAT stand out?

Powdertech Surface Science  has developed INTRICOAT for high quality aluminium components that have intricate design requiring precision CAD masking schemes and powder coating.

Powdertech has invested in a dedicated separate facility, located within their plant, to be used exclusively for handling small and advanced-designed components. INTRICOAT focuses on high degree of detail, accuracy and flawless surface finish that led Powdertech to partner with leaders in the aviation, medical, and sports sectors.
