Extrusion Sector Group Meeting
In this first meeting of the year, we welcome the ALFED Extrusion Group to the BOAL, Shepshed plant. We will focus part of the meeting on skills and attracting talent into our industries. To facilitate this discussion we welcome the Aluminium Allies to join the meeting and strongly encourage you to bring with you a younger member of your extrusion team to join the meeting. It’s a friendly and inclusive environment to share in the group how our businesses are currently, or are planning to, address the challenges of attracting people to our industry. It’s also a great development opportunity for this younger group to expand their knowledge of extrusion on a tour of BOAL extrusion plant.
