I am looking for businesses that would be interested in collaborating by facilitating access to their workforce to conduct a series on interviews on topics relating to net zero, job quality, and skill development and utilisation. I may also wish to conduct a series of site visits to better understand the way work is organised at a particular site.
The project will (hopefully) lead to a number of insights that would be useful for management. These would be written up as a short report which will cover topics such as how people’s experiences at work affect recruitment and retention, skills and training needs in the workforce, barriers to engagement with the skills and training opportunities that are available, levels of environmental engagement in the workforce and understanding of what net zero means for the industry.
