This course respects prior management and leadership experience whilst enhancing effectiveness.
What will I learn:

You will have the opportunity to practise a range of specific skills essential to leadership in today’s turbulent business environment, through questionnaires, case studies, workshops, group discussions set in an open, hands-on, how to-apply-it-today atmosphere. At the end of the course participants will appreciate the role of the strategic manager, have a clear understanding of strategic thinking and planning techniques, know how to maximise performance from others using leadership, communication, motivation, and teamwork, and be able to lead positive change more effectively.
